Villa Fioriamo is a characteristic country house in Tuscany, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, and woodland. You are centrally located in the Chianti region, near Greve in Chianti and Montefioralle. The old stone house, the central location, the beautiful seating areas in the garden, the swimming pool, and being immersed in nature and tranquility—yet close to all amenities—make this a stay in Tuscany that is hard to find elsewhere. Here, you can truly get away from it all.
Small-scale and immersed in nature
Villa Fioriamo is a small-scale accommodation in Chianti, Tuscany, featuring seven apartments in a characteristic stone country house with high ceilings and original details. Here, you have space for yourself while remaining close to everything. The name means ‘we bloom,’ and that is exactly what this place invites: slowing down, recharging, and enjoying what is already there.
Around the villa, you will experience silence and nature. Birds, squirrels, and badgers live in the garden and the surrounding forest. In spring and summer, everything blooms around you. You can walk straight into nature or choose to spend the day on-site. A place where nothing is required, but much is possible.
Comfort and attention to detail
Each apartment features its own kitchen, bathroom, and living area. Decorated in a warm, authentic style with contemporary comforts. A great night’s sleep is paramount: you will sleep in large beds with high-quality mattresses, organic hypoallergenic bedding, and a special cooling pillow. Would you prefer a different pillow? You can choose from a variety of options.
In the garden and by the pool, you will find several spots to sit, read, or gather together. A wonderful place to unwind after a day of exploring the surroundings.
Sustainably and consciously furnished
For children, a playground has been set up on the forest side of the house, featuring a slide and a ninja line. This spot is intentionally located on the opposite side of the building from the pool, allowing children to play freely and let off steam.
Pets
Are you bringing a dog? Then it is good to know that the two pet-friendly apartments are located on the forest side. From there, you can enjoy wonderful walks, whether you choose a short loop or a longer trek. Dogs are not allowed in the garden or by the pool area, ensuring all guests can enjoy those spaces in peace.
Our two own dogs do not enter the guest areas.
Sustainably and consciously furnished
Villa Fioriamo is a sustainable accommodation in Tuscany, where conscious choices come together without compromising on comfort. In the apartments, we use organic bedding, towels, and organic fabrics for curtains. Part of the furniture is repurposed or made from recycled materials or sustainable wood. Naturally, we have also scoured various flea markets and antique fairs.
The garden offers space for biodiversity with flowers, trees, and wildlife. During the renovation, we reused materials, such as wood from our own garden for benches. The water on-site is filtered and directly drinkable, making bottled water unnecessary. That saves a lot of plastic!
We have also made conscious choices for daily products, such as toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, and hand soap. Furthermore, the wastewater is reused for the garden.
We have made a solid effort, but we are not there yet. In the future, we plan to install solar panels on the roof and provide charging stations.
