Hiking in Chianti is one of the most beautiful ways to explore the region. From Montefioralle you can head straight into the hills, past vineyards, olive trees and medieval villages. The walking routes range from short, leisurely strolls to longer hikes through forests and hills. Along the way you’ll pass wine estates, small villages and scenic viewpoints. You can also set off on a short walk directly from our place. Just ask us!

Visiting a market is one of the finest ways to experience Chianti. Browse stalls filled with fresh produce, local cheeses and olive oil, or wander among antiques and handcrafted goods. From small village markets to larger town markets: these are places where the region truly comes alive. A wonderful addition to your stay and one of those Chianti highlights you can easily work into your day.
